Hi - I am creating my first scored quiz using Storyline360 and uploading to Cornerstone Learning. I am able to get the quiz to be marked completed when I pass but when I fail it the status is showing as In Progress on Cornerstone. How do I get the quiz to report out a completed status with a score on both a pass and failed result showing on the Storyline results screen?
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
Was a solution every found for this issue? I am experiencing the same issue. I upload the SCORM module to SCORM CLOUD and experience the same issue. If the Quiz is failed then the module is shows incomplete.

I don't know about Cornerstone, but other LMSs have the choice of setting up courses to be marked completed successfully, and completed unsuccessfully. That's done via the LMS, not in Storyline. Do you know if Cornerstone allows to setup course criteria that way?
