Retake Quiz Problem in LMS

I've developed a course in Storyline 3 current version. When I test the quiz it works great. If I pass it allows me to move forward, and when I fail it takes me back to the beginning to review material. When I fail and then retake the test it resets and allows me to do so.
But when I publish and put the course into the LMS (Moodle) the test will not reset if a students fails the quiz. I initially published in SCORM 1.2 but after reading the discussions and finding there's sometimes a problem with SCORM 1.2 I republished in SCORM 2004. Same problem.
I've double checked and all quiz slides are set to reset to initial state when a student retakes the quiz.
What am I missing, please?

Hi Melanie,
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM cloud to see if you experience the same behavior? That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
