We've had a couple of meetings and I'm the keeper of the emails and lists, but would rather use a collaborative space. If you want to be part of our group, you can reply to this thread (or email me directly if you want: holly at sparkandco dot ca).

Alright, for those of you who will be joining us tomorrow (just to confirm what and when).

Time and date of the meetup: March 9th, 5:00 pm

It's the office of St John Ambulance (ground floor). There is reception at the entrance - you can ask for Peter. Call me when you enter the building and I will come to pick you up.

RE: Christopher we have a projector in this room (there are no speakers). If you want to present materials with audio then we need PC speakers.

I was really excited/surprised when I first read the title of this post...for about five seconds. Then I realized it had to be in BC.

Hey Vancouver User Group - I can still make June 1st - but need a location (Peter if you see this message, please let me know if yours is available?).

If the 1st isn't good for folks, I can make Monday, June 6th, again need a location.

Send your topic ideas, questions, things you'd like to demo, ELH challenges you've done and want to show off...

After that, the summer is a write-off for me, so folks are more than welcome to get together, but you'll have to organize without me.

Holly, I work at Robson Square, so if that's central enough for everyone, I'm fairly certain I can get us some space there, although I can't meet on June 1st; June 6th is good for me.

If you are interested, let me know what time and how many people (approximately) and I'll get on it. Projectors and wireless available.

Robson Square works well for me. June 6th is booked, but I might be able to reschedule if we actually nail this date down. I'll be traveling in from New West, so may not be able to get there before 6:00.

June 6th would work really well for me, Lynn if you want to go ahead and arrange space that would be great. In the past we have had a small turnout, (no more than 10), but I know of a few new folks that would like to join us, so could be a few more. You just never know!

Ok, so we've got a classroom in the lower level of Robson Square (room C235) booked from 5pm. Holly, I'm not sure what time you want to start, so let me know, and if it's earlier, I'll adjust the booking.

Note that the entrance to the underground parking area is off of Howe just before Nelson.

There's a projector in the room and access to wireless; coffee/snacks would be best purchased outside as there are only vending machines in the building.

I can't leave New West till about 5:15, so I likely wouldn't get there before 6 - 6:30, so if the majority of people will be arriving at 5:00, I'll probably give it a miss as I do have something else that evening. I'd like to go and am willing to reschedule my other thing, but not if I'm only going to catch the last 20 minutes.

Any Idea yet when it will start?

Hi everyone - we're a go for 5 - 7 on June 6th at Robson Square.

As for agenda - unless anyone has an objection, I'm going to suggest we do a hands-on real time "design jam" using one of the ELH challenges. Depending on numbers we'll do teams/partners to see how different perspectives approach the challenge.

Hi Michele - we are meeting on June 6th (scroll up in the thread for details). We decided that quarterly meetings made the most sense in terms of our group, so we met in March and will meet again in October - probably try to tie it into the Articulate Roadshow.
