Hi Gabriel,

How are you currently viewing and editing them? XLIFF files are meant to be used with translation software. I can't recommend any specific app, but if you do a quick search online you should find a few free ones. I would give those a whirl and see if you find one you like! :)

I hope that's helpful.

I have a simular problem; if I try to edit the XLIFF file, the translation software seems unable to read the file, see the attachment. I've tried this at two different sites as you can see. And on both sites I can't see the tekst that is meant to be translated. Is there a better way to do this?

There is often an option to collapse the formatting tags that makes it a bit easier to view in the editor. The tags will still be there though, and I guess they're essential to maintaining the integrity of the formatting used in your course.

I've opened xliff files in this software before: https://www.memoq.com/ They have a free trial so you can evaluate the features.
