I had some clarifying questions to help me understand your setup a little better.
- Are your files saved locally? working from a network or shared drive may cause erratic behavior.
- Are you signed into Articulate 360 on multiple devices?
If you're comfortable sharing one of the .story files that's giving you trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look and test the behavior on our end. Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is finished!
