Hangs on Cleaning up Temporary Files
Any idea why Presenter Studio360, while publishing, hangs when it is cleaning up temporary files? I had this issue with another course and submitted it to Articulate Support. This particular project was published earlier without an issue. Articulate 360 updated and now the project will not publish.
Using Windows 10, PowerPoint 2016, Articulate Studio 360

One thing that would be awesome is if the publishing processor could give you a more detailed log of what it was doing. E.g. indicate which slides it has processed successfully as it works. Then it would be a lot easier to narrow down where it got stuck.

Hi Will,
I appreciate the added insight into receiving a publish log to see more detail. I’ll be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!

Thanks Ren! I've submitted a feature request. Thanks for making it easy to find.

I am also having the same problem. Tried everything listed in the forum but nothing works. Whats the point of paying for this software. I think ill shift to ispring which has better support and reliable software.

Hi Vinil,
I can understand your frustration here, and it looks like you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting already. We never want you to feel that you have to do this alone. We are more than happy to help!
I am opening up a support case so our Support Engineers can take a look. Be on the lookout for an email from Articulate Support!

To chime in here - I was experiencing this similar issue, and was able to fix when converting Smart Art to Shapes. Was able to publish to Articulate review after about 6 previously failed attempts.

I can also confirm that converting Smart Art to Shapes made it possible for me to publish a presentation that was having this this issue. Thanks Fazzi Associates! The author of the PowerPoint had used Smart Art quite frequently.

Hi Keith!
Sorry to hear you are having issues with publishing. Could you share the file here so we can test it out? Or you could submit a case with us and we should be able to dig a little deeper to see what might be causing the issues for you.
Thanks!

A case has been submitted.
Thanks Keith - do you have a case number that you could share with us? You would have received an automatic email response with that in the subject line. We'd be happy to follow along in the case and then we can share any updates here in the E-Learning Heroes forums.

I apologize for the delay. When I travel, there seems to be no time in my schedule for support issues. I have 4 or 5 cases and not sure which one pertains to this issue. I think there are two that I have submitted for this issue. So, I just paid for support and hope an answer is found. I will continue to pay for support for each of my issues until all are resolved. Thanks for your concern.
Hi Keith,
No apologies necessary - and I can certainly understand how travel interferes with a normal schedule. With a bit of digging based on your comment here about paying for a support conference, I was able to find at least one. Our team is going through the few others you submitted to compile information and then they'll be in touch via email to determine next steps. Please keep an eye out for an email from Support@articulate.com

Has this issue been addressed as of yet? I am running into the exact same issue -- successful publishes with the trial version of 360, hanging on "cleaning up temporary files" after we purchased 360.
Please advise. Thank you.
