Whenever I add the question bank and publish the module, I encounter an issue where the play/pause button and seekbar appear on the screen area. But...

From what I can see, it looks like you've customized your seekbar and buttons using JavaScript. Do you also use JavaScript to hide them, specifically on the blank layout, but not on the question layout? Or could it be that the seekbar is simply enabled at the slide level in the properties for each question?
