Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues importing your translated file.
I checked your file using Smartcat and it looks to be translated correctly. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different supported browser to upload your translated file?
If the issue persists, I would suggest opening a support case here so that our Support team can take a closer look at your course and XLIFF files.
