Hi Cali! Are these videos uploaded to your Rise course or are they embedded from a video hosting site?
Also, does the same problem happen when testing in SCORM Cloud? This will help you determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual Rise output file. If you are able to replicate it, be sure to open a case so we can take a closer look!
