Survey
I found that you can have a free form survey question that permits users to enter an answer. Now how to I get the results so I can keep them?
The user does not need to see anybody else's response.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to create with your project.
You can add a Survey Result Slide to your project and have this data report to your LMS.
