To say or not to say
Hi! I just starting a new job where I need to train arbitrators on best practices. It's new to me since it's not procedural but declarative knowledge. That being said I'm wondering should I use what the company has been using - Rise without audio or do something different. Thoughts?
The single biggest complain for any of our courses was a lack of narration. The format matters, so with Rise which is closer to the traditional web experience it might not be as important, but if you can I would always include narration.
