Peek 360 unable to see recording preview(black screen)

Hello,
After taking a screen recording using Peek 360 I receive the 'Upload your recording' window but am unable to preview the recording. When trying to click play on the preview I noticed that the preview is just black and the time scrubber also shows 0:00 for the video length(screenshot attached). I have made sure the .net 4.8 package is installed and also reinstalled the Articulate 360 suite to no avail: Articulate 360 - Peek 360 for Windows: How to Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior - Articulate Support
I did notice that clicking on upload will pop open the browser and I am able to view the recording. My issue however is with not being able to preview the recording before uploading it. I am running on Windows 10 and have a multi-monitor setup(unable to revert to just a single monitor).
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hello! I have just downloaded the Articulate 360 package and am experiencing the same issue (Peek 360 black screen) as Aldo describes above. Would someone be able to problem solve with me?
