Articulate Review

A client reports that they are being forced to sign in to Articulate continue to review a Rise course in Review 360.
They have worked in this course without having to sign in, and I confirmed that I have checked Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment.  (see attached)

I have been able to replicate the issue on multiple courses.

Are you having any issues with this, or can you suggestions on who to contact.

Hi Max, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨

A reviewer who has had an Articulate ID ever (from a trial or regular Articulate subscription) will be asked to log in when viewing a Review 360 link. 

The benefit to logging in is you can manage the notification you receive. 

If they do not wish to log in with their Articulate ID, they can use a different email address.

If someone is unsure if they have ever had an Articulate ID, they can reach out to our support team here so we can verify if they've had one or not.
