Comments in Review - arrive in email but not visible in review.

Hi, Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how this can happen.

A client wrote  many comments on Articulate Review, I received them as emails, but they are nowhere to be seen in Articulate Review? 

Another problem with this is that the slide numbers are not listed in the emails received, so trying to match comments can become a bit of a nightmare if not impossible when trying to figure what comment refers to which slide.

I'm sorry you're not seeing your comments in Review 360! I have opened a support case on your behalf. You may have seen the support email that was sent. Our support engineers will be in contact soon to help you through this issue.

Regarding the slide numbers appearing in the emails, I have a clarifying question.

  • Are you opening the emails received? The reason I ask is that I noticed the slide numbers don't appear in the email preview but do show up when opened. See the image below.
