Issue with Articulate Review response time

Apologies if I'm using the wrong communication method, but I'm having trouble getting Articulate Review to display one of my courses. It's a big course, but even so, it either takes ages to appear in AR (like 30 minutes) or doesn't load at all. I've got feedback comments in there that I need to get at, so can't just scrap things and publish a fresh copy.  (Incidentally, I did exactly that and the fresh copy seems to load with no problem.) Wondering if I've overloaded the system or something?? And if so, is there any way to get at the comments still in there?

Do you have a link to the course in Articulate Review? What browser are you viewing the content in? When you uploaded a fresh copy, did you create it as a new version? 

I uploaded your copy to my Articulate Review account and it took just under a minute to publish. Here's a copy of it for you - does this one load for you? 

If you're able to share a link to the Review course, I can take a look at the comments to get those for you and what else could be happening with the course!

Hi Ashley,

Thanks a million for your reply. I worked around the problem and got done
what I needed. I have now published a new item of the course and will
collect future feedback through this, republishing every 3-6 months so the
feedback comments don't build up so much.

I really think I just reached the limit of the number of feedback comments
the system can hold or process. This 'course' is a bit different than the
norm in that it will be updated regularly and we're collecting feedback on
a regular and ongoing basis. I doubt AR was designed with that scenario in

In any case, I'm all set and appreciate your help and the link to the
support page - will use that in future.

Glad you were able to work around it and keep moving along with your course.

I haven't heard of a limit to the amount of comments, so I'd love for our team to take a look at your course and see if there was something else that caused it or if you've come across a limit that we didn't know about! If you want to share a link to the course you can drop it here in the forums, or upload it to me here.  (likely just the Share link on that upload form is all I need - you can drop it in the description).
