More Specific Ties of Comments to Content in Review 360

Mar 08, 2023

I am trying to determine how to best use Review 360.

In other platforms, we're used to being able to highlight items on the screen and add a comment directly tied to that text or image etc. In Review 360, it doesn't appear you can do that.

I tried a test run to see how to at least try to indicate approximately where the comment is tied to, but it had mixed results in the Feedback section of Review 360. Sometimes it should the block where the comment is tied to - and sometimes it did not.

Is there a way that reviewers can clearly define what text or images or answers they are commenting on so that we can see it on the back end?

Hello Robert,

Thanks for reaching out!

If you need reviewers to clearly define what text, images, or answers that they are commenting on, you can ask them to upload a screenshot of what they are referring to and attach it to their comments. Here's how:

With this, you'll be able to see exactly which sections or objects in a slide your reviewers are referring to whenever they leave a comment on your course.

Hope this helps!
