My Rise Course comments are not rolling into the new published version.

Hi there, I created a course in Rise and had a SME provide comments. I made those changes and made comment to their comments and then published the new version. However, the comments disappeared. They were never resolved. They just disappeared.

My understanding is that the the comments are meant to roll over. Where have they gone?

Please help :)

Thanks for reaching out! To keep comments on a project, you must publish a new version of an existing item.

Did you publish the course as a new item, or did you make a copy of your course and republish it over your existing one? If so, it would be treated as a new course and not roll over your comments.
