Published articulate 360 course not appearing in Review

I have published a few test scenes with 360, but they do not appear in Review. I have a much larger course that I need to publish and appear in Review, for review. I have attached a screenshot. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Angela. Sorry to hear you're also at this roadblock!

I'd love to help and since this is an older discussion, let's start fresh:

  • What authoring tool are you using to create your content? 
  • Is this happening with all projects or a certain one?
  • Would you mind sharing a troublesome project file with me so I can try to replicate the behavior? I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.  If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with me.
