I have created a review link with the condition "allowing all users with this link can add comments". Still, whenever the link is open in the browser it asks the user to sign in with an articulate ID.
So is it mandatory that the user must have an Articulate ID to add review comments?
Users don’t need an Articulate ID to post Review 360 comments. However, if they’ve ever created an account (for example, to access the E-Learning Heroes community, or they’ve signed up for a trial), they will need to log in or use a different email address.
Please let me know if this helps or if you need additional assistance.
