Review 360 no longer showing screengrabs or identifying which screen feedback is from

Hi, I've gone to review some feedback this morning on a course I've created but some of the screengrab photos are not loading and Review 360 doesn't seem to tell me which screen the feedback is from anymore. It's just in one long list. This is making it difficult to amend.

Hello Oliver and francois!

Sorry for the trouble this is causing! I understand that the screenshots are not appearing next to the comments made in Review 360. I've tested this out on my end, and I am seeing the screenshot. 

Are you finding this with every course or is it a specific course? Also, it would be helpful to know which browser you are using? I've tested this using Google Chrome.

We appreciate any details you can provide so we can try to recreate this issue on our end!

Hi Lauren, thanks for getting back to me. I'm using Edge. 

Screenshots are now appearing for me, but what I'm still not seeing is the headers which tell me what slide/page someone has commented on. 

I can identify this via the screenshots but it's not ideal. 

It is happening to all of my courses in Review 360
