Is there or will there ever be a feature in Articulate Review 360 where when viewing all of the course thumbnails, we can see which have comments and maybe how many comments there are for the course?

Showing the total number of comments per project would be a new feature for Review 360. I would encourage you to share more details with our team here!
In regards to viewing comments connected to course thumbnails, is the Feedback Tab along the lines of what you expect to see:
The feedback tab allows you to see all comments for a project on one screen. Each thread has a screenshot so you can see exactly how the project looked when the first comment in the thread was posted.
