Rise 360 course review not working

Hi All,

I have shared my first Rise 360 course to be reviewed by stakeholders like I usually do with Articulate courses however they cannot see any fields to add comments.

I have made sure the course has comments enabled from review but still nothing appears.

Your help is greatly appreciated :)

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few initial questions:

What browser are the stakeholders using to view the Review 360 link? Here are the supported ones.
Do you see the problem on your end? I'm having trouble recreating the experience — here's a quick video demo.
Do the fields display when viewing this test shareable link?

Hi Katie,

Thanks so much for all the info. I did check and all the right browsers were being used and they still could not add comments.

I just republished it with a different name and it now works.
