Screenshots disappear in Articulate Review

This is weird. There were screenshot with comments for each slide in the Articulate Review. But after refresh, those screenshots are gone. Anyway to get the screenshot back?

Hi Benny,

It looks like Jonathon already responded to you, and that email would come from Support@articulate.com You should have gotten an email confirmation immediately upon submitting and that would have your case number which I have as # 00942989 

Did you receive that email or the one from Jonathan? It looks like it went out very early this AM (EST).
