Stakeholder Error - Review 360

I have published my SL course to Review 360 and shared the public link with a stakeholder for their review. When they paste the link into the browser (both Chrome and Edge), they receive an error message (see attached screen shot). I have shared the link directly (via email) as well as through the "request review" function. The stakeholder has refreshed their browser. 

Any suggestions for additional steps to take?

Other stakeholders have had success with using the same link.

Thanks for reaching out about this!

It sounds like this issue is isolated to one stakeholder, so I have a few clarifying questions to narrow down the issue.

  • Are they able to access other websites without error?
  • Do they have any security software installed on their computer that could be blocking them from accessing the link?
  • They'll want to check that they have the domains in this article accessible on port 443 for Articulate 360 apps and services to work properly.
