Haven't seen anything here on this, but comments made in rise appear to be common to the entire module. It would be great to link comments to a section, module or block element. This way, your reviewer will not have to create a sort of code so you know where their comments apply to.

Hey James- check out the feedback tab. We capture a screenshot of exactly what the commenter was seeing when they made the comment.
