I went to use a block template that I created in another course and it never downloads. I do work in a team environment. I haven't had this issue before. It loading icon keeps going in circles.
It appears that a fix was rolled out for some of the issues reported here.
If you continue to encounter issues from your end, I would recommend opening a support case here so that our Engineers will be able to investigate further and help you troubleshoot the issue.
I'm having the same issue. I've tried refreshing the browser and clearing the cache on Chrome, but no improvement. It works for courses that I've built from the start, but not in a course in a team folder that was begun by somebody else.
