We have an issue with the browser back button when reviewing Rise content on an industry-standard LMS.
The browser back button will “close” the SCORM file in the case of Storyline files. However, for Rise modules, we get a blank view of the open SCORM file when using the back button. If we click the browser back button a second time, eventually the module does close and returns to the course page.
What is causing this behaviour? Is there a publish setting I can edit to stop this?
Hi Guykat Solutions! I'd like to get our support engineers to take a look at your course. Would it be okay for you to share a copy of your course with us?
You can open up a case with us privately here and we'll help get you sorted out!
I'm sorry for the trouble with the back button! Have you tried testing your course in a different LMS to confirm if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS? SCORM Cloud is a great environment that you can use for this purpose. Here's how to test your course on this platform:
If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you!

Please see an example of this happening.

We are encountering this issue now, is there a fix for this?
