Hello. I have a Rise 360 with Closed Captions and they work fine when I review the course. When I export it for Web the closed captions disappear. I have not had an issues with previous courses but now I can't get the closed captions to appear for one of my courses. Please help!
Hi Crystal. Sorry to hear that your closed captions aren't appearing when you export a Rise 360 course for Web distribution. I can see that you have a support case with us, and Philam is looking into this. I hope you hear from him soon.
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. For LMS-related issues, we recommend testing your course in a different LMS to verify if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to your LMS. SCORM Cloud is a good option for testing courses. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can share instructions on how you can send us a copy of your course for testing.
