Hi, just designed a new course for the NHS in the UK (using RISE 360) and for some reason when tested by the LMS owners the 'EXIT' course button appears in all platforms and pcs except for the iphone and ipad ! Any suggestions
p.s. the package is published as SCORM 1.2 as it's the NHS standard in the UK
It looked to be working when I tested a Rise course I uploaded to SCORM Cloud and viewed on Ipad:
I'm on the latest update (IOS 16.4.1a). Can you check that they are on the latest update too?
Can you also test your course in SCORM Cloud to see if it is LMS-specific? Check out this article to learn more about how to use this platform to troubleshoot LMS issues.
If the issue is only occurring in your LMS, contact their support to help troubleshoot this Exit Course button issue. You can open a ticket with us here and share your course if the issue is also happening in SCORM Cloud.
