I am having trouble uploading my own images into Rise. When I try uploading in Blocks it continues to tell me there was an issue and to try again. When I try to upload in the Labeled Graphic, it says it is uploading, but never does.

Last update on this issue on https://status.aws.amazon.com/ [RESOLVED] Intermittent DNS Resolution Errors Between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM PDT, we experienced intermittent errors with resolution of some AWS DNS names. Beginning at 5:16 PM, a very small number of specific DNS names experienced a higher error rate. These issues have been resolved.
So I guess it should be resolved soon on Articulate side
Hi there, David. We were still working with our provider yesterday to make sure this issue was fully resolved. We'll keep our status updated accordingly!
Hi there, Nancy. This issue has been resolved with our provider. If you're still having issues with images, please let us know, and we'll work to get you up and running!
I'm glad I stayed subscribed to this topic, because I'm dealing with images not uploading in Rise again, and I'm on a deadline for this week! Is there something that can be done about this? Thanks!
So sorry you're having trouble uploading images in Rise 360. We're testing on our side, and everything is working normally for us. Try closing and reopening your browser window, then upload the image again. Please let me know if you're still getting stuck! I'll be standing by.
One more thing, Syleste – if you're still hitting this issue, please upload a screenshot of the error message you're seeing. That will help us troubleshoot!

I don't know if you're subscribed to Articulate's status updates. If you are, you'll see that Rise and Review go down kinda periodically. I'm not trying to be mean to Articulate; but it's true.
Anyway, even if the status says everything is fine, I run into the problem you described about it saying processing but doing nothing. I just close my browser, wait about 5 minutes, and usually it works again.
Thanks for the update, Syleste, and the suggestion, Annie. We're working to make sure the last incident is fully resolved for everyone. If you're still getting hung up, please let us know!
I'm having the same problems. I continuously got error messages uploading my pictures in a carrousel. And now it keeps processing if I want to insert a labeled graphic. And it's not the first time... Not really inclined on getting a paid license if this is how it works...
I have even tried different browsers and computers but keep having the same problem over and over again.
Hi, I'm having the same issue. I've tried Chrome and now Edge and they both say "Please verify the file type is an image and try again." - well I've tried every which way - png, jpg - made the image as large as I could. I uploaded as an Image Centred in a different block and it has uploaded with no issues, but I really wanted the functionality of a Labeled Graphic.
Hi there, Abigail. We're seeing an issue with image files that have spaces in the name. While we're investigating, please edit the file name to remove or replace the spaces, and let me know if that works!

All good now, thank you! There’s not usually an error message. It just keeps saying processing, but it never uploads. It’s working now, though.

Oh, thanks Annie! I’m used to mostly producing Storyline content and I use Rise only periodically.
