We currently are using IE11, the course seems to get stuck on the quiz block on the 1st question. The "Submit" button is missing or it's below the screen and you can't scroll down. (You can't see to scroll at all in IE). It works fine in Chrome.
Has anyone else had this problem and/or know of a work around?
Sorry you're getting stuck, Doug! I'm happy to lend a hand here, as E11 is a supported browser for viewing Rise courses 🔎
I took a peek at your case, and I see that Rowie recommended testing your course in SCORM Cloud and checking in with your LMS to see if they also support IE11. That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS.
If the course works as expected there, then the problem is coming from the LMS, in which you'll need to check in with your provider.
Let us know how this goes – Rowie and I will be standing by!
Hi Katie, yes Rowrie was very helpful. I've tested it in SCORM Cloud as suggested and cannot replicate the issue there. I'm currently investigating with the LMS team here as to why this might be occurring with our LMS. At this time the problem points to our LMS and not an Articulate issue.
