Issues with Rise on Apple devices

Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask the following query to see if it was either me missing something or there is more of general issue.
I have just launched a couple of new training modules using Rise.
We are just trialing these under classroom conditions with instructors where the module is launched from our LMS (Exported as SCORM 1.2)
However it seems that users who are using Apple devices (iPads and iPhones) are having trouble with the Rise modules.
The module will launch but either freezes on the home page or within the first couple of screens in.
The Apple user then get an error message (please see attached).
Android users do not seem affected and the module works as expected.
Have I missed something or is this a known issue?

Sorry that's happening, Adam! I know that's got to be aggravating for your learners.
Have you tested the course on SCORM Cloud to see if the same thing happens there? That will help us rule out whether this issue is linked to your LMS or not.

I have tested the two SCORMS on SCORM Cloud and opened them on an iPad, and the error as previously mentioned is still occurring on apple devices.
