I've just come across an issue where when a customer is accessing a course using Firefox and some (but not all) of the navigation bars aren't appearing at the end of the lessons.
This causes two issues:
They have to use the side menu to access the next lesson
Their progress in that lesson doesn't show as complete
Has anyone else come across this/ have a solution?
As a next step, I would suggest testing the content in another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud. This will tell us whether the problem is related to the Rise 360 course or to EduBrite LMS.
If you'd like some help with that testing, we're here to lend a hand! Just reach out to us by opening a case here.
I am still experiencing these issues within Firefox and have been working with our LMS provider and they have noticed this Javascript error - could you take a look into it to see if this is causing the issues?

Hi Congenica Training!
That does sound strange, so I'm glad you reached out. Have you seen the same problem when testing the course in Firefox on your side?
Also, where is the published course hosted? Is it in a learning management system (LMS)?
I have just tested in Firefox and I don't get any of the navigation bars showing, and the progress in each lesson isn't showing as complete.
The course in hosted in EduBrite LMS
Thanks for that update, Congenica Training.

Thanks - I have tested the course as you suggested and I can't replicate the issue so I will pass to our LMS. Thanks for your help.
That's good to know, Congenica Training. Thanks for the update!
