I exported a Rise course to xAPI. When I tested on my site, some navigation buttons inside the course relaunched the course in a separate window. Obviously, Rise doesn't offer this as an option (no chance of user error), so I'm not sure what the issue is.
I have about 100 courses to export, and I want to make sure they're going to function correctly before doing the work of exporting and uploading.
Hi Kevin, sorry your course isn't behaving as expected. Not to worry, I am here to help. Can you send me a screenshot of which buttons are opening new browser windows? Also, can you send me a screenshot of what loads in the new window? To confirm, are you uploading the course to your web server or to an LMS?
