Problems with the Rise progress of a course exporting as SCORM 1.2

Hi, everyone:

I have experience some troubles with our courses exported as SCORM 1.2 (we haven`t found any problem exporting as SCORM 2004 4th edition).

I find that when I export a course as SCORM 1.2 with a restricted navigation and then I reach the test of the course, if I exit and then entry again the course recognize correctly my progress by starting at the same point where I was before (the test), which is correct, but then again the course mark as unread the two previous sections before the test (in the index the circle that shows us if the section has been seen is empty). And that`s a problem, since this couldn´t be possible because the course is configured with a restricted navigation. 

I have tried it in SCORM Cloud. In the images attached I explain the problem step by step the best way I could.
