Hi community, I have created a quiz in Rise and uploaded as tincan to my LMS.
This issue i have had is when people fail it 1st time, they click try again at the bottom, which would be correct. On 2nd attempt, they pass, but it doesn't register on the LMS.
This issue i have discovered it the try again button, as it doesn't link to the LMS reporting. You have to exit the course, and reset via the LMS.
Has anyone experience this before? Is the LMS or Articulates issue? Can i turn off the try again attempt?
As a first step, I would test your TinCan output file in another LMS environment. SCORM Cloud is a good option because it's industry-standard. If you run into the same problem in SCORM Cloud, then we can conclude the issue is related to your Rise course and not your LMS. You do have the option to turn off the Try Again button. Simply open the quiz settings, and set Quiz Retries to None.
