We have a RISE course that includes a checkbox within it (see image RISE_Checkbox), when a user clicks the checkbox, they are then sent to the "Content structure" page (see image RISE_Issue) and don't have the ability to press the checkbox which is a requirement or progress with the course.
I have tested in Safari and Edge with the same issue, however the course and checkbox works fine in the SF Mobile app and desktop.
Just wondering if anyone else (specifically SuccessFactors users) have had this issue and how to resolve it?
One troubleshooting step that you can do is to test how your course behaves in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud to isolate if the behavior is specific to SuccessFactors LMS. Here's how to test. If the button in the "Content structure" page is only unresponsive when the course is accessed in SuccessFactors, please work with their support team to correct the behavior.
