I see that the size limit for a video in Rise is 5mb. My SME's want to include a testimonial video that's about 5 minutes. How can I ensure that it will play in Rise without any issues? I don't know a lot about video and what contributes to the size.
The maximum file size for each video is 5 GB. You should be able to verify your video's size by right-clicking the video stored on your hard drive and selecting Properties.
If the video file size is too large, you can host the video online (YouTube, Vimeo, Goolge Drive) and embed it in Rise 360 using a multimedia embed block.

Hi Alyssa,
Thank you so much for correcting me on the size and helping me find my video size. So much to learn, but it's fun!
