I created a lesson in two parts: theory and quiz and uploaded course in our LMS (WebTutor). There are no problems in theory part, but when I starting quiz on a first question after pressing "Submit" button, course is not response, so I cannot move forward (on the next question).
I try to check my course with SCORM Cloud, and in Cloud everything works well(also course works fine on local). So I decided that problem in my LMS, but cannot understand whats the problem.
Hi there, 1st Acc. It might be helpful if you can share what LMS you're using and the type of questions you've included in the quiz. If someone in the community has had a similar experience with that LMS, they can chime in!
I'd also recommend working closely with the LMS's support team. You can enable debug mode to get a record of the communication between your course and the LMS, and share that log with LMS support.
