Rise not registering progress

Hello. We have a user who has progressed through the course and exits before finishing it. The next time the user logged in, the blue check marks are gone except for the last lesson accessed.

The user can move to lesson 2 but cannot move past lesson 15, even if all conditions/activities for that lesson have been completed.

Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks in advance.

Hi Charlie,

Sorry to hear about this. Is the issue only happening with one user?  Can you try testing the course in SCORM Cloud and ask that user to try it out to see if it is LMS-specific?  You can check out this article for more details on how to use SCORM Cloud for this.
