We have been building Rise packages and uploading to our Totara V12. Some of the packages are marked as completed correctly when I progress to 100% but then when I re-access the package, it starts from the beginning (like I have not completed before). I tried to re-access the package again after a while and it has gone back to 100% without me changing any settings (such as Force New Attempt). If I keep trying to re-access, it just keeps jumping from 0% to 100% and then 0% randomly. Does anyone have the same experience and know how to fix this?
Is this an issue that you are able to reproduce when testing in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the Rise 360 project file. If you are able to replicate, be sure to send the LMS output file to us to take a peek.

When it is uploaded to SCORM cloud, there is no issue flagged.
We have asked our Totara partner but they do not seems to have an answer.
