Rise videos no longer working in Moodle

I have a number of Rise courses with videos in them on my Moodle LMS which have been working with no issues for over a year. Although I have not updated the Rise courses, nor the Moodle software since I added them, suddenly the videos do not play any longer. they keep stopping and will not progress any further. I tried republishing and uploading the Rise courses but they still do not work. can anyone advise me why this is happening?

Hi Rob,

You can test your Rise courses by uploading them to SCORM Cloud.  For reference, you can check out this article for steps to do this.

If your course works in SCORM Cloud, please contact Moodle support for assistance in troubleshooting the videos on their platform.

If the videos in the course are not working in SCORM Cloud, we'd like to investigate this issue further.  You can open a case with us here, and we'll be happy to help!
