I am sorry to hear that your learner's course status isn't saved in your LMS. To help investigate where the issue is, I recommend testing the course with the industry-standard testing engine SCORM Cloud.

If the issue doesn't occur in SCORM Cloud, the issue could be with your LMS. Feel free to reach out to your LMS support team for assistance.
