Tracking problem with Rise course

A small number of users are experiencing a tracking problem with one of our Rise courses. When returning to a partially completed course, some lessons are marking as completed (full circle and check mark) and some indicate as partially completed. (see screen shot).
This is one of 11 Rise courses we are running, most without any issue (more than 40k users). There does not appear to be a system or browser commonality for those reporting the problem. Any ideas?

Thanks for attaching the screenshot. I can appreciate that it's frustrating when only a small number of learners are running into an issue, especially when you're unable to replicate the behavior yourself.
Our team would love to see an LMS debug log so we can comb through the data communication between your LMS and the course. Please reach out to the team here, and one of our Engineers will walk you through that process!
