Transfer of ownership in RISE 360

Hi, hoping someone can help..

We have an in house team developing RISE content. As we use contractors who are given a company email they are registered (using this email) for their Articulate 360 account. When they leave we sometimes encounter an issue where they haven't transferred ownership to a team member before they leave, As a manager of a course i do not see a way to add an owner.

Question: how do i add a new owner to a course if the user leaves (and the email is deleted in our system) after they have left. Or does the license default to me (as the manager)

and...

If we remove a license from our subscription, can we add an owner as a manager of the course?
