When I Downloaded the videos from Vimeo and Upload into the Rise course I created, they work great! Once I download the LMS file(scorm1.2) and upload into our LMS system, the Videos don't work. Is there something I am doing wrong? Is this a Rise issue or the LMS, or the video permissions? Help!
You can test your course in another LMS like SCORM Cloud. Here's an article that should help guide you on how to use SCORM Cloud if you haven't tried this yet.
If the course works in SCORM Cloud, reach out to your LMS support team to have them check the video in your course. If the course isn't working in SCORM Cloud, open a support case with us. We'll check on it immediately and get back to you as soon as possible.
