Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
I am having a related, but different, problem. I am trying to launch Replay to activate it following my trial, but I get an error saying Flash Player 10 must be installed. I had IT do that, but I still get the same message when trying to launch. What's going on?

I also have Storyline. Do I need to download a similar update for that? Or any other software, like Replay?

Hi Jim! Did you follow the instructions above for Replay? There is an update that needs to be done :)
Yes, that appeared to work. The different versions of Flash (10 vs. 15) as described threw me off. Thanks.
