I am unable to open any of my Articulate products, quiz maker, presenter, replay or engage. I receive a message that says I need Flash 10 or higher, however I already have Flash 16. I did read that an update is avaialbe for Storyline to addreess this, is there an update for Studio?
Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter won’t operate. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Presenter. See this article for details.
