Not new to articulate, but new to the forum. I uploaded a 51 second flash video to a new elearning course (was a .mov but converted it to mp4 using camtasia). Anyway, it plays well when I view it after publishing, but when I upload it to our website, nothing. Everything else works fine, except the video. It's like it doesn't even have a placeholder. The slide for the placeholder just shows a blank slide. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I looked it up and saw a similar post about using FLV, but that didn't work. Now I see that it's a different solution if you have an mp4. So I sent a snagit of the post you gave me to our web hosting service. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks. This is a great resource.
