I am not able to get the articulate studio 9 trial to work.

 I am not able to get the articulate studio 9 trial to work.

I installed the downloaded version but when I tried to open presenter directly, I get this error:

"unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application"

IF I try to use presenter from within powerpoint, When I click on any of the buttons, nothing happens. There is no response to any of the buttons being clicked.

I would like to try out articulate studio before I decide if I want to buy. Please help me get the trial version working.

I see that you are working with Sid Apolinario on this problem (via Articulate Support Case Number 00342690, for my reference), and I see that Sid emailed you some specific suggestions earlier today.
